nole pizza first made an appearance at The Pembroke Arms when we decided to convert the old barn and previous saddle room into a pizza kitchen and dining space. It now has its own little shop in Salisbury – nole on the square, and appears at some of our other pubs too.

We use a traditional Neapolitan recipe which makes the dough chewy and the crusts the best part. This aside, we try not to look at ourselves as an Italian pizza joint, and instead like to use the abundance of wonderful produce we’re surrounded by.
